Coming this July

Water is part of everyday life  yet it’s often overlooked in the classroom. Water on the Curriculum brings water education to life with practical, classroom-ready resources that help young people understand where water comes from, how we use it, and why protecting it matters.

This new campaign hub makes it easy for teachers, schools and education partners to access high-quality water education,  all in one place.

Water smart schools

Water on the Curriculum is part of Waterwise’s wider ambition to build a clear, trusted educational hub for water learning in the UK. By creating a dedicated space for teaching resources, we aim to:

  • Support teachers with ready-to-use materials
  • Embed water awareness across subjects and age groups
  • Help young people build lifelong, water-wise habits

Whether you’re planning a full lesson, a themed week or a quick classroom activity, you’ll find resources designed to fit easily into busy school days.

Our goal is simple: to help educate a generation that understands water and uses it wisely.
