February 11, 2020 @ 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Join us on the next training session in London on 11th February!
The training is suitable for staff ranging from senior management, to help get buy-in on water efficiency, those dealing with customers and vulnerable customers, and those undertaking individual home visits. We have trained staff from water companies and other organisations across the UK.
Content: Starting from the very beginning, we look at the value of water and build up the layers of why we need to become more water efficient. We discuss the various approaches to how we can do this and look at some best practice examples. We explore water issues on local and global scales and think about issues of embedded water, the limits of PCC and leaky loos. The day has lots of room for discussion, sharing our own experiences and involves lots of participation. By the end of the day participants will feel confident to discuss water efficiency with colleagues and customers and will be armed to debunk the myths about it raining all the time in the UK!
